The Battle Creek Fifty K is a
fifty kilometer freestyle ski race,
held at Battle Creek.
It's a low-key, community-driven event.
It's a freewheeling, fun day on the trails.
It's a race that celebrates the spirit of the game.
It's east metro.
Pre-reg: $45, probably (fees included)
Day-of (cash only): $60 (for our troubles)
A Kwik Trip aid station.
A good time.
Most importantly, fifty kilometers of ski
racing.
Course TBD.
Depends
on the snow.
If you don't want to ski fifty kilometers, that's ok, too.
We'll take & post lap
times.
Unless we can't see your bib.
Which was a massive problem last year.
But it'll be warmer this
year, right?
Q: Isn't this a little early in the season for a 50k?
A: No.
